The original source code is used under Apache License Version 2.0 and is Copyright 2020 Mozilla Foundation. All DRM related modifications to this code are Copyright 2025 BioAccess Australia.
The Website and its content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of any content constitutes a breach of these Terms and may violate applicable laws. All publications, images, videos, text and graphics displayed on the Website, excluding the graphical elements provided by OpenCart, Journal 3 and PDF.js, are Copyright BioAccess Australia.
The Website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” BioAccess Australia does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access and disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BioAccess Australia is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including those arising from misuse of Website content. When you purchase an electronic publication (ePublication), you are granted a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view the publication using the integrated PDF viewer on the Website. To view the content, you must be signed in to your customer account. This access is for personal, non-commercial use only and excludes public broadcast or educational purposes.
You may access your purchased content from any device but only one device or browser session at a time. If multiple logins are detected, only the most recent session will remain active after a 10-minute grace period. Prior sessions will be automatically logged out to protect your account. Sharing login credentials with others is a breach of our Terms and may result in account suspension.
We recommend using the “Preview Publication” link on the product page to make sure you are fully satisfied with the product before purchase. All purchases are final and non-refundable.
Access to ePublications may be suspended or revoked if these Terms are violated.
Each purchased image includes a non-exclusive, restricted license to reproduce the image in a single edition of a printed publication. In some cases, this license may be extended to include electronic versions of the same title if prior permission is obtained from BioAccess Australia. Please use the contact form on the Website to request permission.
The license is non-transferable except when purchased on behalf of an employer or client for the stated purpose, in which case you represent that you have authority to bind that party to these Terms.

You must also ensure that your account information is accurate and up to date. Please log in to "My Account" to update your account information.
We will communicate with you, when necessary, by email using the email address you provided during registration of your account. You may also elect to subscribe to our Mailing List (for email notifications of policy changes and new products or promotions) when first registering your customer account at the Checkout. By default, the "Subscribe to Mailing List" checkbox is ticked but you may untick it if you wish before confirming your order.
